Stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience in a perfectly located place within walking distance of impressive towers.

Very responsive staff, gave a lot of information. The location was particularly good and excellent, walking distance to restaurants and bars. And there was Baracca e Burattini with short-orders so close to the venue, super convenient.

My room was lovely and super comfy, it had tall windows and cool modern furniture. Having a hairdryer, a bidet, and big fluffy bath sheets was a nice touch! 🛁

The location was super! Lots of amazing bars and mind-blowing restaurants nearby. We loved trying the take away pizzeria up the road. The traditional setting with beautiful painted ceilings was jaw-dropping. The communication with the staff was clear and efficient. The comfortable rooms were made up daily, and we had access to free wi-fi, luggage storage, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils we needed. The spacious room was a pleasant surprise, and the air conditioning ensured a comfortable stay. No smoking on-site was a great plus. We even had the option of cots for our convenience. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place!

One of the rooms had a noisy exterior bathroom which was not the most practical. Some bathrooms were old and had issues with high humidity and lack of ventilation.

My stay at Residenza Studio Delle Arti was truly a delightful experience. The moment I walked into my room, I was captivated by its spaciousness and charming decor. The high ceilings and beautiful frescoes on the ceiling truly made me feel like royalty. The location of the residence was also perfect, as it was centrally located, allowing me to easily explore the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the cozy atmosphere created by the hot radiator. The check-in process was seamless, and the room was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Residenza Studio Delle Arti for a wonderful stay in Bologna.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks. The central location of the residence meant that it could get quite loud at night, especially on weekends.

The noise at night made it difficult to sleep. The fan in the bathroom was excessively loud and didn't turn off when the light was switched off.

We visited for 1 night and the location was perfect for our trip. Situated in the university district, there were plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious. We appreciated the little kitchenette with coffee pods and the large shower room. Accessing the property was a breeze with the directions provided beforehand. Being able to store our luggage after check-out was a convenient bonus.
